Do something that you enjoy and that makes you feel good! Go for a walk, enjoy the Spring flowers, bird song, a good book or a favorite movie.

Break down goals into smaller steps that you feel you can handle.

Don’t isolate yourself. Talk to a friend. Go out for a coffee. Try not to ruminate and make big plans for the future, but be kind to yourself.
