Probiotika mot ångest och depression

Probiotikan i Lactistress kan lindra psykiska symtom, såsom ångest, depression och stress, hos friska personer. Studien innefattade en månads intag av de probiotiska bakterierna Lactobacillus helveticus Rosell-52 och Bifidobacterium longum Rosell-175. En dagsdos innehöll tre miljarder probiotiska bakterier. Studien är publicerad i British Journal of Nutrition.
